Meet The Team

Sam Fisher

Sam was licensed as a Realtor in 1996 and as a Broker in 2004. She quickly gained recognition by being consistently ranked nationally as a Top Producing Agent. Teaming with Ray Rees in 2006, their On The Market brand is one of the most well respected and recognized real estate entities in Loudoun County and the surrounding markets. Sam’s eye for preparing a house for market coupled with her passion to incorporate the latest and best real estate technology keeps On The Market’s listings out in front of the competition.

Ray Rees

Ray was licensed as a Realtor in 1983 and as a Real Estate Broker in 1987. Prior to sharing the helm at On the Market, Ray served as a managing Principal Broker with hundreds of agents and thousands of real estate contracts under his care. He brings this immense breadth of knowledge and contract experience to On The Market. A truly hands-on Realtor, his love of being in the field and always being available to clients has cemented On The Market’s following of repeat clients and referrals. 

Curt Schaber

Curt was first licensed as a Realtor in 1997 and returned to Loudoun County in 2019. In this competitive and sometimes frantic market, Curt is a steady and calm leader for his clients. A researcher by heart, Curt loves finding the best property for his clients, then jumping into the intricacies of the inspection process and staying by his client’s side until they settle on their dream home.

Kaitlyn Watt

Kaitlyn is the Marketing and Communications Specialist for On The Market. The benefits of having an in-house social media wiz not only includes the continual growth of our online influence, it also means our listings are being continuously promoted and monitored. Kaitlyn also designs all our print ads and other marketing pieces for seamless marketing across multiple mediums.
